Shipping
I try my best to have things made, packaged and sent off in a timely matter. I am not, however, in control of shipping times and therefore can not guarantee that your item will arrive in a timely matter once it's out of my hands.
Shipping cost is $17 flat rate across Canada, Free over $150 and exact cost worldwide.

Turn around time
Turn around time for ready made items is 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), though I usually try to have it out the next day.
Turn around time for made to order items is 1-2 weeks. I don't list items unless I have the materials on hand (with the exceptions of pre-orders), so my turn around time includes cutting, sewing and packaging your order. Keep in mind, though, that I may have other orders ahead of yours. I usually fulfill orders within the first week, but have a 1-2 week turn around time in the case of high amounts of orders or any other things that may slow me down.
Payment
I will not be starting orders or cutting fabric until payment is received in full. This is both so that I am not out inventory in the case that you change your mind (it happens!) and to avoid confusion between us. I value our relationship and want it to be as smooth as possible on both ends!
Returns
The bras and underwear are final sale. Because of the nature of the item, I won't be able to accept them back for a different size. This would be an excellent opportunity for you to gift it or sell it to a friend or loved one! I would, however, love to chat with you and figure out what to change for your next order so that you can have the perfect size for you!
For other clothing items, I only give full refunds if there is an error on my part. I do my best to be very thorough with quality control, but I fully accept that I am human and may make mistakes!

a case by case basis, so please be sure to look over your item before
washing.
- Please follow the washing instructions for your garment.
If you bought an item and it is the wrong size, I am more than happy to have you send your unwashed item (at your expense) and give you shop credit for another size or item.
